南京新中磁电技术工程有限公司(简称新中磁电)，是由南京中磁系统工程公司改制而成的民营股份有限公司，南京市高新技术企业。专业从事磁性材料专用设备及生产线开发、研制、生产、销售、服务工作，并能向用户提供生产工艺软件。
公司利用自身的优势，不断吸收国外先进技术，开发了计算机自动称量配料系统、各类内热、外热式预烧料回转窑、各种粉料输送设备、磁性材料专用磨床、切割机等。其中电子秤自动配料系统和磁性材料用回转窑被评为南京市高新技术产品。公司设计、制造、安装的磁性材料粉料干、湿法生产线，具有自动化程度高，能耗低，环保好等优点，广泛用于烧结永磁、塑磁，软磁锰锌、镁锌、镍锌等各类铁氧体生产厂家。其中功率铁氧体粉料达到PC44水平，烧结永磁粉料达到FB5（干法）、FB6（湿法）水平。

主要产品：
1、 HN系列内热式回转窑：
该系列回转窑用于永磁铁氧体粉料及软磁DY粉料的预烧，可以重油、柴油、煤焦油及燃气为燃料，为用户降低生产成本提供了多种选择。具有自动控温、温控精度高、保温好、能耗低、窑砖使用寿命长、产品一致性好等优点。其中HNS型湿法回转窑可满足FB6系列永磁预烧料的生产要求。
2、 HW系列外热式回转窑：
主要用于软磁铁氧体粉料预烧，塑磁回火处理以及一些化工产品的焙烧。可用轻油、燃气、电为能源进行加热。该系列产品在结构上做了很多改进，同时采用了新型保温材料使能耗大幅下降，产量也有所提高。新近设计生产的双管电窑节能效果尤为突出。该系列回转窑温控精度高，可多点调节；产量大，烧成料品质高，一致性好。
3、 软磁铁氧体预烧料生产线
该系列生产线可针对用户需要进行工艺设计与设备布局。按产品种类划分为：MnZn铁氧体、NiZn铁氧体、MgZn铁氧体预烧料生产线，一般由储料设备、配料设备、混合设备、预烧窑、粉碎设备、干燥设备等组成。从工艺方法上区分，可分为干法和湿法生产线。本公司集多年专业从事软磁材料生产线设计制造经验，同时不断吸收国外先进的设备及生产线工艺技术，对设备优化配置，生产线自动化程度高，能耗低，产品一致性好。
4、 永磁铁氧体预烧生产线
该生产线用于烧结永磁和粘接永磁铁氧体预烧料生产。针对不同的原料采用不同的工艺方法和设备配置。以铁鳞和铁精矿为主原料，采用链蓖机回转窑为关键设备的干法制粉线。以铁红为主原料的可采用双管回转窑替代链蓖机回转窑。对于生产高性能的永磁铁氧体应以铁红为原料采用湿法生产工艺或湿干混合工艺进行。
5、 电子秤自动配料系统
该系统是我公司在充分吸收国内外先进的粉体配料称量技术的基础上提高而成。采用国外名牌称量控制器及压力传感器，以确保产品品质。物料可通过气流或机械提升方式输送，自动化程度高，可满足高性能铁氧体磁性材料对配料称量精度的要求。
